The most important exhibition dedicated to the bakery, pastry, confectionery, gelato, milling, coffee and HoReCa industries – GastroPan – returns with a new edition between 19-21 March 2026, in a new location: the Redal Expo exhibition center in Sibiu, Romania.
Entrepreneurs, investors, managers and specialists from Romania and abroad are expected to take part in the 2026 edition, which marks an important strategic change – the relocation of the exhibition to Sibiu.
The decision to move the event was made following requests from both visitors, who seek easier access from all regions of the country, and exhibitors, interested in expanding their presence in the central area of Romania.
