GASTROPAN COMPETTIONS: ARTIZANAL BREAD OF THE YEAR 2025 – 28 March 2025

The Artizanal Bread of the Year 2025 will represent a perfect fusion between tradition and innovation, being a true work of craftsmanship in the bakery world. This will reflect a growing concern for natural ingredients, slow leavening and baking techniques, while maintaining a balance with contemporary demands for health and sustainability.

Information about participation:

  • What works are suitable? – any type of bakery product can be entered that complies with the artisanal conditions (handmade product in a maximum quantity of 150 kg/day) in the most beautiful appearance, shape (e.g. braids, objects, shapes etc.)
  • The participation fee is 300 lei/product – any baker brings a bakery product that will be exhibited in the specially arranged area of ​​the exhibition
  • Promotion of the works – all exhibited pieces will benefit from promotion through media channels, on GastroPan's social media pages and in specialist magazines such as Brutarul-Cofetarul and Gastromedia
  • Registration – until 28 February 2025 by filling in the participation form or by phone - +40 733 313 042
  • The jury will be composed of renowned independent specialists in the B2B field.

GASTROPAN COMPETTIONS: INDUSTRIAL BREAD OF THE YEAR 2025 – 28 March 2025

The INDUSTRIAL BREAD OF THE YEAR 2025 competition is a competition dedicated to professionalism and innovation in the field of industrial baking. Participants have the opportunity to present the best bakery products made on a large scale, respecting standards of quality, efficiency and sustainability. It emphasizes modern production technologies, process automation and innovative ingredients used to create products that meet market and consumer demands.

Information about participation:

  • What works are suitable? – any type of bakery product that complies with industrial conditions can be entered (handmade product in a quantity of at least 500 kg/day) in the most beautiful appearance, shape (e.g. braids, objects, shapes etc.)
  • The participation fee is 300 lei/product – any baker brings a bakery product that will be exhibited in the specially arranged area of ​​the exhibition
  • Promotion of the works – all exhibited pieces will benefit from promotion through media channels, on GastroPan's social media pages and in specialist magazines such as Brutarul-Cofetarul and Gastromedia

The "Gastronomy seen through the eyes of young people" competition is a competition for young talents in the culinary field, who aim to express their vision and creativity through innovative dishes. It encourages young professionals and gastronomy enthusiasts to present their personal approaches to culinary art, emphasizing modern techniques, sustainable ingredients and current trends in the field. The pupils have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a competitive, but also educational atmosphere, having a space where they can show their talent and originality. The competition promotes innovation and passion for gastronomy, offering young talents an important platform to assert themselves on the national and international culinary scene.

LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS – THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT YOUR PRODUCTS AND SOLUTIONS DIRECTLY TO THE PUBLIC

Even for manufacturers or suppliers who will not be participating as exhibitors, GastroPan 2025 offers a unique opportunity to present their products and solutions in an interactive and engaging way. Within the exhibition, there will be an area specially dedicated to live demonstrations, where they can organize demonstration sessions, giving visitors the opportunity to see the latest equipment, innovative ingredients or technological solutions in action.
